Created in 1964 by Jean Louis Ayme as a small company , it had its first contracts with the french ministry of post office and phone communications (PTT). With the success and the constantly growth of his enterprise, he decided to change it into a limited company (SA) in 1973. Most of its business is done with France Telecom.
